Refunds

Try before you buy
The trial is not a demo: it is the whole app for ten days, and the clock starts the first time the Mac runs on battery — a trial spent on the charger would show nothing, so it does not start. No card, no account, nothing to cancel. When it ends, the app keeps working; the paid features lock. That is the honest way to find out whether the tool is worth its price, and we would rather you used it than asked for a refund later.
Who you are buying from
Keys are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. They are the seller in the transaction: their name appears on your card statement, they issue your invoice, and they collect and remit the VAT of your country. The software itself is licensed to you by Vitali Staradubau under our Terms.
In practice this means a refund is paid out by Lemon Squeezy. You can ask either of us — writing to [email protected] is fine, and we will handle it.
Your right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK
If you are a consumer in the European Union — and, as a rule, a person with a one-person business buying something outside their professional field counts as one — you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends early only if all three of these happened at checkout: you gave explicit prior consent for delivery to begin at once, you acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal by doing so, and the seller confirmed the contract to you on a durable medium. The checkout is where that consent is asked for and recorded. If it was not asked, the right stands.
To withdraw, write to [email protected] with your order number. Any clear statement is enough — there is no form to fill in, and we will not ask you why. The money goes back to the same payment method.
If it does not work
Withdrawal is a right you can use without a reason. Separately from it, if the app does not do what this site says it does — it will not launch, the numbers are plainly wrong, the key will not activate — that is a conformity problem, and the law gives you the right to have it fixed or to get your money back. Write to us. Requirements are on the front page and stated again here: a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) and macOS 15 or later. On an Intel Mac the app will not open at all, and macOS says nothing helpful when that happens — please check before buying.
Lemon Squeezy may also refund a purchase at its own discretion, including outside the windows above, to resolve a payment dispute. That is their decision, not ours, and it does not narrow anything written here.
Subscriptions
The yearly plan renews yearly and can be cancelled at any time from the customer portal linked in your purchase e-mail. Cancelling stops the next charge; the key keeps working until the period you paid for ends. The one-time plan does not renew and is never charged again — what it buys is a key that does not expire.
Complaints
Write to [email protected]. We answer complaints within 14 days. We are not signed up to any out-of-court dispute resolution body, so if we cannot agree, the ordinary courts remain open to you — as do the consumer protection authorities of your country.
